Rocky Renaud has been at the head of the stoves and the plate since the creation of Le Passage. Joined by his son, Kevin Renaud, he took over the reins 5 years ago. At Restaurant Le Passage, the Chef orchestrates elegant contemporary cuisine tinged with a personality of unwavering consistency. Having worked at the Villa Lorraine for many years before opening Restaurant Le Passage, Rocky respects the great classics of cuisine, and likes to personalize them.
